The Owner – John Stanaitis Jr.
John Stanaitis the owner of Stanaitis Landscaping and Hardscaping has been dedicated to the Landscape industry for 10 years. He started this company in 2016 during his freshman year in college, driven by a deep passion for transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful and functional environments. After graduating from Neumann University in 2018 with a degree that complemented his entrepreneurial spirit, John made the bold decision to invest in his burgeoning business. Through hard work, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, he grew the company to be a local staple in Aston Pa, where he and his wife currently live. His dedication to customer satisfaction and community engagement has not only established Stanaitis Landscaping and Hardscaping as a trusted name in the industry but has also allowed John to build lasting relationships with clients, making their vision for outdoor projects a reality.

Project Manager – Jacob Stanaitis
Jake Stanaitis, my brother, joined the company around 2020 to assist with Hardscaping and large projects, bringing fresh perspectives and youthful energy. After earning his degree in Hospitality Management from Widener University in 2019, he envisioned elevating our operations and team dynamics. Over the years, Jake has led the team to great success while fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration thrive. He prioritizes work-life balance, encouraging his crew to celebrate achievements and emphasizing that downtime is essential for rejuvenation. That’s why I chose to showcase a picture of him fishing, capturing a moment of ease and joy rather than a mundane work photo that doesn’t reflect his vibrant personality.
Mechanic and Machine Operator – Ronnie Pedrick
Ronnie Pedrick joined the company in 2024 to assist with snow plowing, bringing a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. He discovered his passion for trucks and heavy machinery, diving into the intricacies essential for our operations. Ronnie embraced critiques as opportunities for growth, demonstrating resilience and commitment to self-improvement. Over the past couple of years, he has acquired impressive skills in maintenance and repair, becoming an integral team member. His dedication has contributed to our success, and we look forward to collaborating with him again this season, confident he will continue to exceed expectations.
Driver and Mechanic – John “BIG John” Stanaitis Sr.
Big John is the man that’s behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly, ensuring every detail is accounted for and every challenge is met head-on. There is so much that goes into hardscaping that people do not see, from the intricate planning stages to the final touches that create stunning outdoor spaces. Keeping equipment clean and running is just the tip of the iceberg; it also involves maintaining a meticulous inventory, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure that all materials arrive on time. His dedication to quality means he often works long hours, troubleshooting any issues that arise and providing support to the crew. John has fixed so much and has done it all, combining a wealth of experience and hands-on expertise to make every project not only successful but also a source of pride for the entire team.
